The Duckpond
You find yourself at the edge of a duckpond. There is a great deal of cheerful splashing and quacking going on. As you watch, you see a family of ducklings out for a swim, following their parents and trailing little wakes in the water behind them. Near you a few ducks bob upside down, grazing on the waterweeds growing in the shallows.
The path along the hedge goes East and North from here.
